Good efforts but fall short with no one stepping up including the PP with 3 minutes left. It won't hurt my feeling if we do not make the playoffs. Watching Huberdeau & Lucic are painful.

Zadorov didn't know the other guy was so close behind him. Mangipane not sure what he doing there 3 on 3, blocked Kadris shot and out of position.

He had to go all out for the first save, and he damn near made the second, despite it being near impossible.

That second sentence is so dumb that it doesn’t justify a response.

The first one is marginally less dumb but the guy just makes his fifth or sixth game saving save. He’s also probably a little gassed from being hung out to dry for the whole OT and most of the third.

Way too much over committing and poor positioning.

I am with you. Nothing quiet about his goaltending. I was furious at Markstrom for taking a 1000 one....a 1000 two....a 1000 three before he got back in net and without his stick for the easy goal.

He ended up in the same predicament and Lindholm balled him out earlier in OT.

Elite goalies are not flopping around so much.

I will take the point. Rangers look like a much better team frankly. The effort was there for us. Which has been the case for us much of the season. Just could not match NYR skill wise.

A quick three year retool by Rangers. Restocked the cupboard with young skill and now a contender again. Chytil, Kaapo, Lafreniere. Nicely done.

Lucic should be embarrassed by not responding. At least hit somebody. Why is he even in the lineup. He was turning pucks over and just a liability.Why was he on the ice in the last 40 sec. Terrible defensive effort by the forwards and defence. Coleman floating back on the 4th goal and backlund could have picked up Zabinijab too. Why was zadorov even out there in overtime. Terrible coverage.What was he doing on the OT goal. was he trying to kiss the post.All he had to do was cover the guy that scored. Just a terrible game defensively.
