WTB- Decent car- 7k or less

Looking for a car for my newly licensed 16 year old daughter- 7k is about the top end of her scale, something reliable decent on gas- not super high KMs-
Would love AWD but FWD is ok- any ideas are appreciated, just looking at Kijijji and all the ads seem sketchy-
