At least we know for sure what side of the hybrid contract Taysom is going to be making..

Lol he definitely does not look worse than Tebow, he can make throws Tebow could never. But he's not a starter and maybe not even a good backup. He's just a $40 million gadget player.

I find it funny the one time the Saints should use him, on 2 pt conversions (of which theyre 0 for 10), he never sees the field

Sean Payton's obsession with Hill is one of the strangest things I have seen in the NFL. At best he's a 2nd tier backup QB yet they just guaranteed him $21.5 million.

Aside from the two INTs I actually like watching Hill play. He is fun to watch, very athletic and provides a lot of options. I hope he recoveries from his injuries soon so that he can go all out as a healthy starter.

As a BYU fan, I know Taysom really well. When he uses his running game like he did last night, he’s an extremely tough QB to deal with. There were some plays where he kept the play alive with his feet because there was nothing there after going through his progressions. That’s a very valuable thing. But, imo he’s pretty streaky. And, there were quite a few passes that could have been TDs if he threw them right. Forgot who the receiver was, but the pass was so underthrown that the receiver had to stop his route, try to dive for the ball, but it dropped. Had it been thrown past the receiver to where he could run to the ball, it would’ve been an EASY TD.

Pays to have versatility. Just not THAT much.

Should be giving his agent a HUGE commission because whatever that agent did to land Taysom that kind of deal isn’t short of remarkable.

Sounds like Taysom suffered the same injury as Russell Wilson earlier this year, he'll probably miss some time. As mentioned his decision making is already a little delayed and he's never had a cannon, but the finger must have also been playing a part in that 2nd half performance.

Can we just put the Saints on IR in general? I'm not sure they even have enough bodies to make it to the end of the season at this point.

Ben Roethlisberger privately has told former teammates and some within the organization that he expects this to be his final season playing quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, league sources told ESPN.

Roethlisberger has not made any such public proclamations, and likely won't, since he doesn't want the latter part of the season to be about him as Pittsburgh tries to make a playoff push.

But sources say he and those within the organization are now operating as if he is entering the final five games of his Hall of Fame career, with two of them fittingly coming against the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh's opponent Sunday and in the final regular-season game as well.

It's the right call as he's not been good for the last few seasons. Just goes to show that whatever Brady is doing, can't be emulated.

surprising. The Panthers offense has been awful, but they haven't exactly had good QBs and I thought he'd get more time.

This is the type of move made because the head coach feels his job is on the line. IMO all involved that thought Darnold would be the answer should receive a pink slip as not only did they waste this season they wasted next season as well as they picked up his 5th year option and are on the hook paying him over $18 million next season and if they cut him the entire salary counts as dead cap. That's one hell of a self inflicted wound.

You couldn’t pay me enough to sit at a game with that kind of weather, let alone me paying to go to that game.

Washington still has two games left against Dallas, would be hilarious to see them steal the division.

Lol Johnson goes to shove the hell out of Averett and Averett grabs ahold of him.. Idk how you don’t call it both ways.

I guess I forget Pittsburgh has the refrees on there payroll.
