Sometimes, you win the right way. Sometimes, you win the Wong way.

There's a kid who plays for Moose Jaw now. Jett Woo. Lol. And he's slated to be top 30 in his draft year.

Defenceman. And if we get him, and he plays as he's projected (Shea Weber), he will be one nasty mother effer to play against. Against the Pats out here, he has zero fear and is hard nosed as hell.

Don't forget Cliff Pu of the London Knights (2016 Sabers draft pick) and Tyler Ho of the Vancouver Giants (draft eligible in 2019)

Oh yeahhh
Add Jonathan Ang to the fix...
One day we'll have WONG, FOO, WOO, HO, PU, ANG, SUZUKI, YAMAMOTO, and to some extent HO-SANG (something like 1/4 Chinese) on the same team in NHL CHINA 🇨🇳 team based in Shanghai or Beijing.

Tyler Wong was my grandma's favorite hockey player in her last few years. She loved Hurricanes hockey, and seemed to especially like him. She cheered him on all season and was raving about him as he neared 50 goals, she passed away peacefully on the very night he scored his 50th earlier this year, only a few minutes after he scored, and she got to hear and enjoy it live on the radio. I reeeally want Wong to make the NHL and do well, every time I hear of him my grandma comes to mind because she was such a fan of his. Not only is he a really skilled and hard working player (I couldn't believe nobody drafted him, actually), but he was a fantastic contributor to the Lethbridge community and he deserves success.

Deryk Engelland just picked up an assist on the Tomas Hyka goal for the Golden Knights in their 2nd preseason game against the Avs.

Vegas' predominately white gloves with gold trim kinda look weird. Not California Golden Seals white skates weird, but still sort of odd.

Those white gloves are going to help them when it comes to the slashing infractions. Most players use black sticks and it'll be clearer at high speed to the refs when stick is on glove.

Interesting point. I will concede that. However a better design might be having white in the cuff area, which protects the wrists.

The white gloves make them look like butlers.
I always thought it would be hilarious to have the refs wearing elegant white gloves. Haha!
