What? No love for United being bounced by Sevilla?

We all still too choked about the flames game to laugh at Man U. Davies assist will cheer me up over the next 2 days tho. What an immense player Canada has, reminded me of Neymar on that goal, which is just crazy to say. The little feints before beating his man wide and then the patience to wait out the defence and find the open man. Incredible, he is a once a lifetime talent for Canada. Already our best ever player at 19. Really hope we use him on the wings but who knows with Herdman, I still think Davies will move to the wing later in his career a la Gareth Bale. Very happy he’s been able to get into this Bayern team and he’s an immense Left Back but I still feel he could be a world class forward if given time. I at the very least want to see him on the wing for Canada. I think it would be great for his development to play Left Back at Dortmund but still work on being a forward on Canada. That being said Canada’s left backs are kind of ass so I guess we’ll see.

Edit: just realized theirs a Canadian national team thread, probably should’ve posted that there but whatever

Why would being a left back at Dortmund be more beneficial than at Bayern?

Confused me as well but I think he just had Dortmund on the mind or something

last 4 days at Barcelona:

- lost 8-2 against Bayern
- Umtiti tested positive for Covid
- Ter Stegen needs knee surgery
- Arthur charged for drink driving
- Quique Setien sacked
- rumours of Messi wanting to leave
- rumours of more than half of the team being for sale
- Eric Abidal sacked

not bad.

not officially, I think. But yeah, that'll happen ... stop-gap until Xavi finally caves in, I'd imagine.

Filthy flick by Neymar, he’s at the top of his game minus the finishing. Red Bull just couldn’t maintain possession at all that half. Great half by Di Maria as well.

as great as PSG look up front, I can't see them outscoring Bayern in the final. Tuchel would have to do something special and Bayern would have to have an off day.

Bayern looks trash early but up 1-0 thanks to a great strike from Gnabry!

What a goal by Gnabry. Lyon actually the better team to start, but still doesn't matter.

Game over. Lyon had their run of good play, but couldn't score. Drop another 8 spot Bayern!

Lyon are gonna be regretting this one, they've had enough quality chances, could easily have two on the board with better finishing.

Uhhh....WTF VAR? That Coutinho goal was onside.

I'd love to know why they disallowed that one.

As if Lewandowski wasn't gonna get his. Bayern with a chance now to blitzkrieg the French as bad as 1940 with a win in the final.
