If you're able to hit the Stampede multiple days and you bring your own food/drinks, super worth it IMO, especially with the Coke Stage. Could get pretty pricey if you're buying things constantly on the grounds.

Go more than one day? Ewww. No thank you. The only reason I go the one day is so the kid can go on some rides.

Then I would not purchase the above pass. It will not be a cost savings for you.

I'm going to snag it, usually I want to see some of the bands come through but I don't want to pay 18$ just to see them. Pretty solid deal.

I am assuming that the stampede board passed along extra costs to the vendors to offset the loss in gate revenue's.

I avoid the Stampede at all costs. It's almost the same thing every year with exception of the music performances. I find it too crowded and expensive.
