A fairly tidy, albeit unnecessary, third. Bianca looked darn good when she was painting those corners.

She’s going to have to play better to beat better opponents.

It's going to be a tough one next round against Kontaveit who recently won a tourney.

I mean when she is at her highest level it's unnecessarily good. Like, unplayable. But she can't keep that up for even a full match much less a tournament. If taking a little off, aiming a little more inside the lines, would produce more consistency, it would be absolutely worth it. Basically, exactly the same reality Denis has to deal with.

I must have missed this post last night but this says it all right here - by Bianca's standards, a third set where she served for the match and absolutely blew the game is somehow "tidy".

Quite the turnaround in this Murray - Akcarez match...Andy jumped out to a 3-zip lead and was in total control, but the young kid righted the ship and is serving at 3-4.

If you lose to ARV, you don't deserve to make the tour finals. Felix needs to go the distance to advance.

Just terrible tennis from Felix today, I think he came into this match today thinking it was going to be a cakewalk. Give ARV credit, he's played well today and taken advantage of a poor showing from FAA.
Edit: 6-4 6-2 for ARV.

Brooksby lost the first set to Zverev, but is looking good to force a deciding set as he is up 5-2 in set 2. My mood would improve considerably if Jenson could set the German packing.
Edit: Brooksby has indeed forced a 3rd set.

Well, Zverev rolled 6-1 in set 3 over Brooksby, but that sets up a Zverev - Murray matchup on Tuesday.

This is simply far too late a start. At least Bianca plays in the afternoon tomorrow.
