LF: General Contractor or Framer/Dry Waller & Floorers for Restaurant Construction
Hi there,
We have secured building permits for a fast food (1,400 sq ft) build out. Currents pace has already been gutted.
We're looking for estimates for the build out, we're open to either a GC for the entire thing (current estimates have been too high) or specifically for a Framer/Dry Waller & Floorers, since we've secure separate estimates for the other trades.
We have a full set of drawings to provide and can even give access to view the space directly.
