Thanks for sharing, I see in the AP article that the Prime Minister (the guy actually in charge) has directly contradicted the President's words thankfully:

On Monday, Croatia’s Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic reacted to the president’s positions by saying they “directly harm Croatia’s foreign policy position.”

“The summary of that narrative is: let’s sit down as soon as possible, let the Russians take away I don’t know how many thousands of square kilometers of Ukraine and forget about the expansion of NATO,” Plenkovic said.

Pretty embarrassing though.

The Russian propagandists are ramping up on social media. The hive mind parading as indiviuals has spoken after the US announced their most recent aid package which includes longer range missiles. It has spooked the Kremlin and all of a sudden Twitter gets flooded with one message.

American conservative with 70k followers, joined Feb 2022? 90% of their tweet is pro-Trump and pro-MAGA and repeating "Let's go Brandon", suddenly saying in unison the same tweet as hundreds of other 'individuals'?

Others...join date 2010 and America, 2018 and Kenya (???), 2018 and America

Several old Trump supporting tweet accounts and seemingly random accounts, all suddenly asking the burning question about war coverage of Ukraine at the exact same time?

Milanovic is an idiot and I think most people agree. His criticism of NATO seemed to intensify after the drone incident, when he felt NATO failed to react or treat it as a serious incident. Even to this day, who operated the drone and how NATO failed to react are classified state secrets by the Croatian, Hungarian, and Romanian governments. Whatever happened, it made him go from zero to 100 pretty fast.

At least his term is almost up and hopefully he isn't renewed.

The Wikipedia article of the incident is well done. Much failure on the part of Croatia, Hungary and Romania, but also NATO as a whole. Their systems are integrated, yet no one shot the thing down.

This was interesting about the incident actually:

while there was obviously some failure there". The President said Croatia knew where the drone flew from, "evidently Ukraine to Zagreb"

The Croatian online newspaper Index.hr suggested the drone may have been meant to fly to a location in Ukraine called Yarun' [uk; de; pl], rather than the Zagreb's neighborhood of Jarun which sounds similar

I wonder if the Russian/Ukrainian military is that dumb that they programmed the wrong neighborhood into the drone. Doesn't explain why the thing didn't detonate though.
