Medvedev takes it 4-6 6-3 6-2. Fine effort from Vasek today, but Medvedev really raised his level in set 2 and Vasek faded.

Medvedev continues to be inconsistent as after playing a fine match against Vasek, he loses to Kevin Anderson in straight sets.

Let's just say Zverev is somebody that just seems to do whatever he feels like doing. I mean, after the Adria tour fiasco, he said he was going to self-quarantine for 14 days and then a few days later he's dancing at a luncheon with people in Monte Carlo. At least he appears to be interested in being around for his kid, but tennis is a long season which requires a full commitment, how much actual time will he be able to spend with his child?

Rublev continues to be red hot as he is up a set and a break on Thiem.

Rublev has been playing unreal tennis, up a set and a break on Thiem. I really want to see how he does against Djoker, they have never played but he has the power to hit through Djokovic. Now that I said that, when they play Djokovic will win 6-0, 6-2 or something.

The only change I would make would be to make Milos the 5th/alternate player.

Thiem looks like he's tweaked something, limping to his seat as Rublev breaks him again. The defending champ in Vienna is in deep trouble.

Interesting, if this is a dream team and players can be from any year, I don't think any Canadian male has played as well as Milos from 2016. Finished the year #3 and beat Federer in the Wimbledon semis. In the future hopefully Felix can beat him out but I just don't think right now he's done enough to surpass Milos from 2016.

I mean, it's very close, but through no fault of his own, the injury bug that has plagued Milos throughout his career weighs heavily in my decision. Also, when you look at the success that Felix has had representing Canada in the past (he and Shapo won the junior Davis Cup for Canada one year) and the intangible of team camaraderie, I would go with Felix. Also, if they're playing on clay, you would have to go with Felix, indoors on hard court, you would have a much tougher decision.

Lol once he got the number 1 ranking he didn't care what happened. I think he was playing at like 25% today just didn't want to be injured. This isn't a knock on him he will finish year end #1 all credit goes to him.

It will be a Sonego - Rublev final in Vienna - Can Sonego turn a lucky loser spot into his first ATP title?

Vasek had a easy match today, but a very tough qualifying match tomorrow. Fucsovics is a quality player (and currently higher ranked than Pops).

Vasek lost a tough qualifying match to Fucsovics - He was up a set and a break but the final score was 4-6 7-6 6-2 to the man from Hungary. Pops still has a good chance of making the draw as a lucky loser however as there have been several withdrawals (including Shapo)

Rublev wins again taking the title in Vienna 6-4 6-4 over Sonego. That's his 5th title in 2020, just an incredible run he's been on this season.
Edit: That's one more title than Djoker.
