How many of each do they have I wonder?

Valimaki is defiantly the prize IMO.

If I’m gonna pay more than $150 I’d probably want a medium.

I just emailed them so I probably missed the boat.

I'm pretty certain it's only one jersey per set.

I really don't like the system either. Once you send your email there's no way to know how long it takes for their server to receive it. Do they just delete any received even a millisecond early? If somebody were to send multiple emails every second leading up to and including 10am they probably would 'win' the race.

I sent my one request in at exactly 10am and got an automated reply saying it had been received at 10am. I was hoping to hear back today but nothing. Somehow it would appear there are many people in line before me.

Did anybody hear back yet, either positive or negative?

I got the same response, but haven't heard anything since.

I preferred the equipment sale TBH. Now you're competing with people all over North America.
Edit- Although this year it's understandable why they would do it this way.

The equipment is sale is good for the first day, but then the rest of it is sold via this same system. Google doc spreadsheet, send an email, someone else may have sent an email for it first.

UPDATE:
I sent my request in at exactly 10am yesterday for a total of 6 jerseys and got the reply this morning: "Sorry, these are all sold".

I am disappointed but not surprised!

Damn eh. I did the same, to the second. Got a response saying it was logged and they’d get back to me.

Unfortunately, there were probably hundreds of people from all over who sent their email “right at 10:00”, so it’s a crapshoot as to where they all fall in the queue. In that regard it’s a bit of a lottery, but it would also be more equitable if they limited it to 1-2 jerseys per person on the first day. It’s also probably fair to say that the $150 jerseys like Valimaki probably sold right away; no reason to include those with the rest of the gameworn jerseys in my opinion (just sell them locally instead of whoever happens to have their email arrive just on time).

I sent mine right at 10:00 AM too and got the your email has been logged response and I still haven't received a response today...

Just got my response now. Really hate how they do this.

They really need to keep it to one per customer moving forward if this is going to be the process.

I have noticed that there are certain teams who sell team issued made in Canada jerseys blank or named through their team store. Why the flames don't do it is beyond me. It would certainly help solve this problem. I also was told the original jersey I wanted sold a day later, so I put in a request for 6 others, but who knows whether or not they'll still be available.

They did sell the Reebok MiC jerseys. Not sure why they aren't with Adidas. They do have a higher price tag so that might be why.

No way to an online auction. The CAD vs USD exchange would make it prohibitively expensive. Just look at some of the NHL auctions now. I like having the opportunity to find something in my price range rather than competing against someone’s wallet. I think the key is limiting to a single purchase per person but then people will set up multiple accounts.
