So you're saying you don't like to watch "Winners & Losers"?

Sandgren makes a run at the Aus Open, people discover him and his twitter and now he's had to delete it.

no problems as long as you stick to tennis, social events and family stuff. if Roger starts posting tomorrow about the ills of same-sex marriage, immigration rules or the European Union, then yeah that's gonna be a source of headaches.

Be fun to see some fan reactions tonight with Tennys outed as an alt-righter. Wonder if he's more motivated playing an Asian.

You certainly gotta like Kerber's chances considering who's left in the women's draw. She's been very good all year.

Well I've definitely seen enough of these guys to deduct we're in for a textbook Roger 75 minute special if he wins tonight. And if Berdych wins, he'll almost certainly lose to either since that's how he do.

not impressed with Chung's pseudo-Novak groundstrokes? that's the kind of thing that's given Fed trouble at this tournament. he'll probably get passed more often at net than any match up to this point, but it's the only way to avoid getting roped into one of those long ass backboard rallies Chung seems to enjoy.

It's not that I don't think he's decent, it's just I cannot see him troubling Roger's serve much, and I can see Roger troubling his serve consistently. Hard to see how he wins if that's how it plays out, hard to see it being competitive. Berdych, it just sets up as textbook Berdych to beat Roger, and then lose to a guy he should easily beat if he's gonna win his first major.

This may be the easiest draw Federer ever had to a major. It's amazing how he stays healthy and it's all because he changed his game. His matches are so short he can stay fresh and doesn't get beat down. That's easy to do on Hard and Grass but not so much on clay. I wonder if he considers playing any clay court matches this year, because if he does then he will surely become world #1 and would only need to play in a few tournaments.

The opposite I think. Shows like Rogan and Rubin will look for him.

That scoreline flattered Sandgren, Chung was pushing him all around the court last night.

I find it amusing that this was the one that set people off. Tennis players do have political views that have been public for a long time.
More may come out from the Sandgren discovery but most of the white American players on the women's side are republican.
Mattek-Sands, Vandeweghe, Davis, Oudin and going back to Davenport and Capriati.
Bouchard once tweeted she loves Reagan and follows Fox News.
In Europe Radwanska is conservartive, Petkovic almost joined a liberal party in Germany. Rezai once sent Ahmadinejad rackets.
Djokovic is known to support the nationalist party in Serbia, Andy Murray is Labour.
There are lots. It's all out there.

I think we never see Roger on red dirt again. he complained in 2016 that sliding around on it made his knee feel funny, so I assume he just uses it as vacation time again this year and pounces on all the tired opponents at Wimbledon.
it's too bad cause he's probably one of the greatest clay courters of all time. 5 FO finals + many more potential clay titles that were thwarted by God Emperor Nadal.

I"m pretty sure Roger still pays Soderling money every year!
But screw the clay. I hope he reaches 25 grand slam titles so no one ever passes him.
