I'm being coy.
The first trade sends those picks to Toronto in exchange for the removal of the trade condition stipulating that I owed Toronto a top-28 pick.
The second trade sends me a 3rd now in exchange for me owing the Lightning a 3rd by season's end.

What are the futures? They need to be called out at time of trade.

The future considerations are listed in the post above yours—and they're included in the actual trades on the website.

We have acquired winger Frank Vatrano from LA in exchange for Leo Komarov, Danil Guschin, and a 2021 3rd.

Vatrano has been one of the most consistent player on the Kings team, 5v5/PK/PP. Komarov is a step down, but can be plugged in as a defensive specialist, with the recent addition of a couple of offense first players, it doesn't mean giving up on the playoffs.
Gushkin is a sparkplug, and moves to the OHL this year out of the USHL. One of those 5'8 highlight reel players. If he makes it to the show next year, he will be a potential steal, and if he can't play against players 30 pounds heavier, he won't make it out of the preseason. Worth a gamble. 3rd is a 3rd.
Swapping Andersson for Balcers is trading snarl for better touch around the net. My team already has a lot of snarl. Might have a few more trades sanding down the corners of the team going into the stretch run, we'll have to see.

This is us officially waiving the white flag. Anderson is only rated 61 this season and is brought in to help next season. Like everyone else we have brought in JVR didn’t gel with our top 6. We will keep trying.

Montreal has some firepower up front already, and if JVR wasn't producing then it's a loss that can be absorbed. Anderson should re-rate really well. It's a sim move.

Simple, I am a Habs homer. I can't win a game this season and think that Anderson is going to keep his NHL play up and be a really good power forward moving forward. I look at this move as acquiring a future asset.

I really liked Anderson's upside, if he can stay healthy he's got pretty good potential and is 5 years younger. JVR helps now and should rerate nicely as well.

Felt weird not having an Anderson on the team anymore so needed to rectify that.

Josi never really fit in here, despite being a top dman. not sure why. Was not planning to keep him at 10M going into next season. Happy to add a solid top 6 younger player. had surprisingly few conversations on him considering his caliber.
the 1st might be a bit much for the adder depending on what you think of both players trajectories however, given the ages differences and price differences it was something i could stomach.
Thanks Ravi for ironing this out with me.

Once Marleau moves, you know Turd is hitting the fan.
