My brother has his ear to the ground on the Irish music scene, so I asked him to create a Spotify playlist earlier this year. This was one of the highlights - some Belfast rap.

Great song. The lyrics are really something else. Having lost my Mom and also, like Dave, watching her slip away, the lyrics hit extra hard. It's a musical masterpiece imo. A beautiful tribute to his mother.
####. This band really does rock. They go from metal riffs to lyrical jazz-ish guitar so quickly that you barley notice. Part of the noisy sound in the 90's. Hard driving drums and solid vocals complete this sound.
Honestly, what's not to like?

I still think about this album "Listen Without Prejudice" from time to time. This was George Michael's post-Faith album, and it's where he finally started being honest with everyone. This song encapsulates that, and it's a ####ing rocking beat at the same time. Every time I hear it I'm moved by the sentiment, but also moved to ####ing dance. It doesn't hurt to have every single supermodel in your video as well. It's awesome. George was seriously underappreciated in his time.
