Day to day sounds somewhat hopeful compared to the alternatives

I know it’s been debated since the hit, but I still think Trouba is a piece of garbage who is intentionally trying to hurt players around the league.

He is, but he does a good job at it and knows how to toe the line. Every team wants a player like that.

Maybe its time for everyone to learn how to hit and take a hit again? League has gotten quite soft.

#### you Trouba! I don't care if it was a clean hit or not, you're still a dick.

Yeah I can't get mad at Trouba, it's within the rules.

We had Regehr plastering Hemsky ... Gauthier with old school hip checks and Phaneuf attempting a repeat of the double Dion in our past.

Personally, I love big hits being a part of the game. That's why having Z in the lineup was so much fun.

The injury is unfortunate, but I can't hold it against Trouba.

I hope Pelletier is back within a week.

To me it never looked like he was laboring in terms of his shoulders or holding his arms awkward at all post hit.

It looked to me like he had his bell rung and likely in concussion protocol / just being cautious to help avoid a concussion.

We need a guy like Trouba on our team. How about that Russian guy who is going to be a UFA?! lol

Oh yeah we've had a few on our squad that opposing fans felt the exact way about so we just need to or rather our players need to be more aware of these guys on the ice when they are out there.

Some teams have a guy per line that are bad . When Tkachuk was here still people and coaches were losing their minds about his antics .

His now coach hated him with a purple passion and now he's one of his best players even though he's reeled it in a bit I think since going to Florida.

But eventually these guys get back what they've dished out over the years and it's typically never pretty either

I've been lobbying for more Russians on the Flames since forever.

Imagine if this was the secret way of fully engaging Mr Huberdeau just like when teams would leave Iginla alone on quiet nights .

Don't wake up Iggy!!! Oh #### ....too late. I found once this happened he'd drag the whole team into the fight game and on those nights the effort was 100% from everyone.

Pelts seems to with his enthusiasm have this effect...and who knows maybe at some point he becomes a bit more physically durable.

I can. The guy is constantly injuring players with borderline hits. The hits aren’t necessarily the worst ever in a vacuum but it happens enough and at a certain point he’s just a piece of ####.

I said it in the PNG. Sometimes a player has a choice even with a legal hit - is it necessary? Is it dangerous because of positioning and situation?

We need Huby playing a bit more bullish out there honestly, he’s a big guy and needs to utilize his size more especially along the boards. He definitely ramped it up a bit after that hit, flames just ran into last year Shesterkin lol.
