Didn't see the hit but Kronwall was just taken off the ice on a stretcher. Hit by McLeod.

Buffalo looks legitimately like an AHL team, a bad AHL team

Ouch, Smyth misses pretty much a wide open net.

Less than 2 minutes and Schultz takes a penalty. That's a shame.

I'd be shocked if there wasn't a major trade involving the Oilers before the end of the weekend. Hopefully they get fleeced.

1-6-1. Pathetic.

Another loss for the Oilers. Doesn't look like a team taking strides forward in any capacity. They look like they're getting worse this year.

Kronwall did that little 'cut back' move where he feigns playing it one way and then shields the puck with his body.
I'm not sure what McLeod could've done to minimize that impact, it looked like he let up a little bit, and after the hit he looked like that wasn't his intent at all.

Jonathan Bernier just got beat on an off the back boards, deflecting off his skate shot and in from the Carolina blueline. Icing was waived off so no issue there. Crazy goal, Leafs luck may be running out.

Yeah, they can't keep doing this year after year. Well, I hope they do, but eventually somebody has to look at improving the team in other ways besides drafting #1 overall.
Problem is when you keep losing like they are they are in a position of weakness, and they don't have a lot of desirable assets to move unless they want to trade one of their young core guys.
They're in a bad spot right now. Gotta love it.

They're almost where Columbus was before the Jackets became good. So almost on the cusp of bad. I guess.

Eakins had a better AHL team in Toronto.

real highlight here is that horrible Avs announcer talking about how Kronwall got a taste of his own medicine here and lamenting that McLeod got kicked out. Ridiculous.
