Like I said, they're getting there. They're finding their footing.

Not every episode has to be a masterpiece. There were a couple of episodes that were a chore to get through, these last few have been fun.

It was a fun episode. The Jellico reference made me laugh as well as the Alien shredding the ship and trying to kill the crew and being labeled as peaceful. As well the commando style seed planting mission.

Frankly what makes it fun is that the command crew of this ship is made up of morons, its a nice change.

You betcha. Well played, Lower Decks!

While it looks cool, I'm a little tired of going backwards. I'm excited for the Pike show because Anson did such a great job but I'd rather see them go forward within anything new. While far from perfect, it was still fun to see where the universe was at in Picard.

What is the point in going backwards and doing prequels when the technology and training they have is infinitely superior to what we know they had 'at the time.'

"Thats okay, we'll just time travel!!"

Its ridiculous. Move forward in small increments.

I love the sound of the Axanar storyline, and the fact that there are a lot of familiar actors taking part, While I would have liked to see it released as a full streaming movie, that didn't happen because of all of the lawsuits etc.

I loved that they almost went note for note with the Star Trek VI trial.

I liked the implant line with the continual shut down and welcome back.

We finally had a bit of a lashout at the senior officers which I liked as well. Though the canceled party part of it dragged on a bit.

Its such a weird little show, but somehow I'm starting to really like it.

I never thought I'd say this, but Lower Decks is the best Star Trek content (tv or movie) since DS9 went off the air in 1999. What a great show.

Its almost sad that I agree with this.

I mean Enterprise had some great episodes, but was so inconsistant and at times bland and had no personality (Though the mirror universe episodes rank as two of the top episodes in the Universe). Discovery was/is a train wreck. Again with no personality and forced humor.

Lower Decks is a weird little show that really does work once you get past the intentionally annoying characters.

Some things that made me really laugh last night.

The typical democratization of a ships bridge. "Options people there are no wrong answers". Then every answer is wrong and the bridge became toxix

"Isn't this a job for a ship like the Enterprise"

Its still a little raw and needs some rounding out but honestly...I'd agree with that assessment.

With the caveat that 'The Orville' is the best 'Trek' we've gotten in a long time.

Discovery is unwatchable drivel and Picard needs some time to find itself.

Lower Decks was a little rough on the take-off and has had a few wobbles but overall I think its really finding its feet. I'm enjoying it.

Decided to watch Picard. I’m quite liking it. On ep 4 now. I even like Allison Pill and I’ve hated her in everything else I’ve seen.

Last Lower Decks episode had quite the homage to The Motion Picture in it. That was a fun watch

Umm, is anyone gonna mention that the plot of Picard is pretty much exactly the same as the Orville episode with the robot guy’s home planet?

And then they stole the ending for Picard from his role in X-Men the last stand!

In all seriousness, I loved Picard. Got stronger as it went along. But the first 4 or 5 episodes were too much. Honestly could just watch eps 5-10 and call it a day.

I almost cried the whole episode with Riker and Troi. So nostalgic. I just wish Worf and Geordie made appearances.

Can’t wait for season 2!

And STWOK, and Star Trek 6, also they made fun of Voyager and Discovery's techno bable, and also had Devinci.

Overall a really enjoyable episode.
