The Evil Within 2 is such a fun game. The first was pretty good and really captured the horror theme ala Resident Evil. Second one is much more story oriented and more fun to play overall. Sounds fantastic on my surround sound.

Yeah the series really hits its stride in the 2nd game. Really enjoyed it and look forward to a 3rd game in the series.

Holy Arkam Batman!!

Finally getting some continuous time in the Spiderman port over. It's good but It feels like I've played this game 3 times over now... o ya ... It's like it's exactly like the Arkham series .. It's so damn similar. Fight mechanics are very much the same. One of the first missions is to unlock Oz tech towers like how you needed to unlocked various ping towers in arkham city amd arkham knight.

It's a great game but wow It's the arkham series as Spiderman instead . Which is why it is fun again.

Don't forget to play Miles Morales after. Very good follow up.

So, here's a thing... right now on the Epic store, the original Tomb Raider definitive edition (well not the original original but you know, the game Tomb Raider, that came out in 2013 or whatever) is about 4 bucks. The sequel is about 6 bucks. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is still about 20 bucks, BUT... it will be free as of September 1st.

So if you want, you can get the whole series for about $11.

I enjoyed Infinite the best as well. Thought the mood was still great in the first 2 games, but Infinite felt a lot more open and just better mechanics overall.

I just beat the entire remastered series + expansion last week and what a ride from start to finish. Such an awesome series.

Games that take place during winter go to the bottom of my list, I can't really explain it either. It's like I feel the cold and need to put the fireplace on.

Ubisoft confirms Assassin's Creed Mirage after some leaks. Features Basim from Valhallah and is supposed to return to the Middle East and be stealth focused.

Some many crazy things like reactive carpet, so much extra detail and even working mirrors. Neat to see how technology has advanced over the course of a decade especially the lighting tech.

Its a Ps5 remaster of the Ps4 remaster of the Ps3 game?

They are really milking that one eh.

No, it's a complete re-make of the PS3 game from more or less scratch, with the exception of things like music, voice acting and motion capture elements. Apparently it doesn't incorporate ALL of the gameplay elements of TLOU2, but quite a few of them are there now. So it plays like a game from 2022 instead of a game from 2013.

Also, as I mentioned earlier, Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is now free on Epic.

I think It's cuz I spent most my young life in Etzikom with like no exposure to water sports etc... I always remember being young and Hating Mario underwater levels. I hate water sports amd everything associated with water lol I never even really liked running through sprinklers .

Winter I can get my mind around as I like hockey and spent so much time in snow. Hate snow but I understand it . I wasn't much of a fan of the winter scenes in gears 5 or actually the sand dunes till the action ramped up.
