That song is on Smackdown vs RAW 2007. It's really the only song on the game that I like and it's actually the theme music of my created wrestler because you cant use imported music.

Really? Crazy! I guess someone else thought it was a good tune too! I came accross it a few years ago when it first came out and have liked it ever since.

While I agree that to fully replace Tarja will be impossible, I am not ready to write them off just yet. Lets see who will be their next singer.

Besides, there is ton of their old stuff to listen to.

We need a stoner rock thread.
Thanks for the tips, I'll definitely keep an eye out for them. The only ones I've heard of is Dozer, haven't heard their stuff though.

Love stoner rock!

well over half their fan base was lonely metal heads that just bought their dvd/went to their concert to rub one out to tarja.

the rest of the band could re-invent themselves and be popular but it won't be nightwish. tarja = nightwish.

anyone who hasn't seen Motorhead live, go to that show if it comes to town. Buy their new album as well, it's a good one. Looking forward to seeing what Tony Iommi and the boys come up with.

Spinefarm Records has set a March 28 Finnish release date for the fifth album from FINNTROLL, entitled "Ur Jordens Djup" ("From the Depths of the Earth"). The CD, which was recorded by Nino Laurenne at Sonic Pump studios in Helsinki, will be the group's first release with new vocalist Mathias Lillmĺns (a.k.a. Vreth; TWILIGHT MOON) following the departure of Tapio Wilska (SETHIAN, ex-WIZZARD, former session vocalist for NIGHTWISH) last spring. Lillmĺns is reportedly 24 years old, and like FINNTROLL's original vocalist, Katla Mathias, is Fenno-Swedish, with Swedish as his mother tongue.

"Ur Jordens Djup" track listing:

01. Gryning
02. Sĺng
03. Korpens Saga
04. Nedgĺng
05. Ur Djupet
06. Slagbröder
07. En Mäktig Här
08. Ormhäxan
09. Maktens Spira
10. Under Tvĺ Runor
11. Kvällning

A video clip of FINNTROLL performing one of the new songs last August at the Wacken Open Air festival in Wacken, Germany has been posted online at YouTube.com.

FINNTROLL parted ways with Wilska in January 2006 after "reach[ing] a situation in which we [found] it impossible to continue FINNTROLL" with their previous vocalist, according to a statement issued by the group a short time after the split.
