Okay, only team left is the Giants, and they're the last team to pick.

So if you want to go ahead and take Andrew Luck Toonmaster, the floor is yours.

When asked earlier this month at the unveiling of NFL Nike apparrel in New York by CBSSports.com blogger Will Brinson how he would react if the Bucs drafted Richardson, Blount said, "I would not like that pick. I would definitely not be happy with that pick."
But on Wednesday, Blount seemed willing to accept Richardson as a teammate.
“Like I said, it was just a comment,'' Blount said. "There’s nothing for anybody to read too deep into. You know, there’s not nothing I would want to explain. It was just a comment and I left it at that.
“Of course. I’d welcome him as a teammate. I’ve met the guy before. He’s not a bad kid, but at the same time, like I said, I'd welcome anything that helps the team get better. I’d welcome anybody as a teammate, it doesn’t matter who it is.’’

Of course he's changed his tune, he knows the Bucs are probably getting Claiborne (I think Cleveland will take Richardson first anyways).

We are doing a second round in the mock draft. If you were involved in the first and are unaware, check out the thread. You might be next up.

Back to the draft talk.

At this point, I'm hoping the Broncos trade out of the the #25 spot and pick up a couple of picks. I think Brockers and Cox will be gone and do not want Jerel Worthy.

Like some cruel joke, I have the dreaded 771A error on my DirecTV system the night before the draft.

Not happy.

Espn had a mock draft for top 6 and had Vikings taking Claiborne, and Khalil dropping to rams at 6.

Todd McShay and Mel Kiper Jr both have MIN taking Claiborne now. St louis would have to be laughing getting the player they most need and a bunch of good picks from Washington.

Kiper also thinks Philly is going to trade up to 7 to get Fletcher Cox, McShay thinks they's take Cox as well but he'll still be there at 15.

Rumours out of Cleveland is that they are leaning towards Blackmon @ 4 and the Jets are trying to move up into the 3 spot to select Trent Richardson.

Blackmon is good player, but at 4 I think that's reaching he isn't the elite guy. If the draft went the way most think, at 6 he's best player available for rams. If Khalil drops too 6 rams are laughing.

Rumour is every rumour the past week has been complete bullcrap. I think in the end the top 5 will go exactly as has been predicted for weeks

Indy - Luck
Was - RGIII
Min - Kalil
Cle - Richardson
TB - Claiborne

Leslie Frazier will get fired if they don't take Kalil (because they'll easily be the worst team in the league next year), so he'll push hard for Kalil. Cleveland may look at Blackmon but you need a real QB before you need a top flight WR. The only variable is if anyone trades up, but I think Washington set the bar astronomically high and anyone looking to trade up will have to give up a ton.

I agree take Kalil if you are Cleveland and plug him on the right side, or just take Claiborne.

Spielman will lose TONS of credibility if he takes Claiborn over Kalil. First of all, drafting a a guy who excels at man-to-man coverage to plug into a zone scheme is beyond ludicrous, unless he doesn't want to implement the Tampa-2 anymore. That means Fraizer can't be the coach for long.

Kalil is the no-brainer pick and I think they are just trying to create a smoke screen (which they have been successful at) in order to move out of that spot.

There is talk that the Jags have talked about trading UP to 3, I don't know if that would be falling too far back for Minnesota.

I think the Vikes hope is they can bait Tampa into coming up to 3 to guarentee themselves the player they want (either Richardson or Claiborne). Dropping to 5, picking up a pick and getting Kalil would obviously be a dream, but I agree their leverage is weak because they can't afford to fall too far. I think if they do trade down with anyone it will be Buffalo, who needs a Kalil too, but its unlikely a Bills package would be attractive enough.

I can't think of a package attractive enough for them to fall behind St. Louis. If Tampa Bay wants to give Minnesota a 3rd round pick to have their choice of Claiborne/Richardson, then so be it. I've been following this team for a short amount of time (11 years) and DB has ALWAYS been a problem, so ideally I'd be all about them fixing that area of need. But the LT position is one of the biggest needs, in my eyes, even bigger than CB and S.

Also, S is a bigger issue for this team than CB.
