I kind of hope this is the last we see of Jones in the CFL save for another Riders tenure for ####s and giggles. He's really brought the level of the league down with his coaching and personnel decisions.

With the coaches cap, who knows if he can swallow any of his massive ego to take a job as a coordinator in the future. That's all he has left in this league.
He has never had the continuous success he had before, since he deserted the Stamps for the Argos back when.
The motorcycle stuff the Stamps pulled in him the first time he went to the Esks as head coach is legendary.

I know e=ng for you guys and you love to see the city teams suffer, but this had to end for everyone in the cfl. It was not sustainable and the league can’t afford to have a team this poorly mismanaged.

Indeed, Chris jones should be completely done in the cfl. The cfl should be looking to the u sports to support coaching development and home grow some coaches.

The two 0-5 teams in the league have recycled veteran coaches. I don't understand why some owners in this league are afraid of hiring new coaches.

Collaros looks terrible. Many times he's had all the time to find a receiver and throws into triple coverage. Just an awful season from him. He looks done.

Tuned in for the last few min and saw that cheap shot from Bighill. Garbage hit. Why the hell didn't the Riders just run that out or throw the ball away? Going for a big play when the game is over against a frustrated team puts the QB in a bad position. Bighill has to let up on that though, he tried to murder him there. Totally BS hit.
On another note- I'm the farthest thing from a Rider fan but I like those alternate jerseys.

I have no idea what the play call was there. The game is over. It looked like the intention was to backtrack and kill the clock but why? Why not just run it? Or throw it away? Or punt? Hell take a safety. Anything but that.
