Alonso one day saying they can’t lose Monaco because it defines F1 and the literally the next day he makes a mockery of the track as if proving what a joke it is, is absolutely hilarious to me.
Watching the map with the driver markers and seeing a giant snake following Alonso because he just doesn’t feel like driving at race speeds is absolutely hilarious.

Just can't have these huge cars rolling around Monaco. If it was dry copy paste qualy results. Weather made it interesting and of course the weekly Ferrari strategy screw up. Alonso made a mockery of it being 3s a lap slower intentionally.
It's a strategy race. And that's fine. Pay attention to the start and around pitstop time, otherwise just have it on in the background in case something interesting happens. Barcelona, Hungary, Monza, etc. can be just as processional.
I said a few races ago that RBR would probably win the championship by stealing a few races on strategy. There's one.
Very surprised at that Ocon penalty - I'll need to rewatch it, but it really looked like a racing incident. Did they hire Colin Campbell?
Race direction was embarassing. Too many things to list, but it was pretty obvious that Mick's crash was going to need a red flag, especially given the field spread at the time; too bad they didn't just throw it right away and save a few more racing laps - though who knows what they were even doing with the race clock(s).
Not sure why they can't realize that field spread and number of lapped cars dramatically impacts how effective/efficient a safety car is.
Whoever is responsible for Ferrari strategy today should be fired. Lol
Continuing the long history of Ferrari strategizing themselves out of a win.
I get why people might not like Monaco, but I really enjoy it. Sure, the racing can be pants, but there are 22 races, it's nice to have something a bit different. And for all the complaints of it always sucking, I'd say ever 1 in 3 weekends turns out to offer some big entertainment up.

Ok so Russell is now going p5 in all my guesses going forward. Mr Saturday is now Mr Sunday. I’m actually surprised my one correct slot was Leclerc in P4.
My friend was at the Ferrari centre yesterday in Italy. As they were getting their tour the F1 car came ripping around the track. Apparently they were testing out new tires after Monoco and it was unusual. Seeing as how I like random facts from people who know, does anyone know how they can test their car like this? I thought that they could only test at certain times of the year.
Wow...what a week for a couple folks. This weeks DOMINANT winner was FurnaceFace...30pts, 5/10 correct slot and 9/10 Top 10. Well done. He's made a race out of it with Woob and is only 2pts back of top spot now. Closed the gap by 17pts.
Second was Speede5 in his 2nd carry over of the year with 21pts, 3 slot and 8 Top 10 right.
Next miss for Speede5 and Icon is a ZERO...so make sure to get picks in.
Spoiler!

Good question. Would probably want to know if it was actually the 2022 car and not a mule. Also I seem to recall they can run the car, but not over 100kph. I'm pretty sure that's what they get limited too on press days etc. Limits how much usable info they can gather.
Ricciardo is interesting. I can see McLaren holding their nose for the season and swapping in Gasly or possibly one of their Indy drivers. I don’t see a mid season move. There is talk of Piastri from F2 but still don’t see that mid season.
