On "Castle" last night, great line from Nathan Fillion for the Browncoats out there. His character, Richard Castle, said a line of dialogue in Chinese.
Beckett: "Semester abroad?"
Castle: "No, TV show I used to love."
I enjoyed that.

Being Lyle Lovett stalkers, Mrs. Cowperson and I were more rivetted by Lovett's turn as a mysterious G-Man than picking up on Firefly references.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about as I don't watch this show. Was the Chinese mandarin or Cantonese? Youtube or it didn't happen.
I never really watched Firefly either but I get how some people would get a nerdgasm over this. It'd be like William Shatner wearing a gold Captain Kirk uniform (which tears because he's so fat) on $^it my Dad Says (horrible show).

The best scene (as posted already) was when he came out in his space cowboy outfit in the Halloween episode in season 2. He is my favorite actor right now.
He is the only reason why I watch that show, it is a terrible show, but I watch it just for Fillion.

Took my kids to see Percy Jackson Sea Of Monsters. Nathan Fillion was in it as Hermes, best part of the movie too. Anyway, his character gives the young heroes an item to help them; looked like a Hercules thermos or something.
I now paraphrase,
Percy: what is that from?
Nathan: what? It's from the greatest TV show ever, Hercules (something). You know what happens with great shows though, cancelled after one year.
