Understandable, however, if the deadline isn't the time to make hockey trades, why was nothing done in 12 months since the last deadline when this team started going seriously sideways? That in itself is the maddening part. This kind of a complete collapse from what this team was trending towards before the end of last season isn't just going to simply fix itself. Right now, Treliving has basically wasted an entire season simply hoping things would turn around.

Pretty low? They're not trading pokemon cards, if there's a deal they like it doesn't matter who they're doing it with

These are professionals in charge of a multi million dollar business, they'd deal with Satan himself if they can improve their teams and save their jobs.

Yeah I'm sure Tre isn't being blacklisted by other GMs, he seems like a nice enough guy and hasn't ever really had issues making moves in the past.
Lately, though, it's just not happening.

I could see it being a possibility. Probably a tough and slow guy to negotiate with (too process driven.)

Brad told me that his Caterpie was way better than my Blastoise. We did the trade then he yelled "no tradebacks" then ran away.

Steinberg just said the third deal will be a selling trade, if there indeed is one.

My guess is Michael Stone or Tobi Rieder for a low pick

Are there no flames media who can get the details of this trade 45 minutes after the trade deadline has passed?

But he has tools and upside, and has shown some progression this year. You don't want to abandon that completely in the final stretch. I'd be willing to try it, but I don't know if the 'hockey minds' around the team would be.
|
I think Kylington will be a part of whether core piece gets moved in the Summer.
Gio, Hanifin, Valimaki.
If Forbert shows well, they might extend him.

Yup.
I am more disappointed that nothing major happened during the offseason.
