Unfortunately Fasth, Lander and Omark provides a bit too much Oiler stench.

Dahlin is the only junior aged player selected to any team so far right?

Yes. Which is interesting because, after looking at the SHL scoring leaders to figure out a bit about where these guys stand, Petterson leads the SHL in ppg and didn't make it. Additionally, Johan Ryno is tied for second overall (first among Swedish born players) in points in that league, and isn't on the team. Two other guys in the top ten and not on the team are Michael Lindqvist and Victor Olofsson, who are only 23 and 22 years old respectively - so they may just be favouring a more experienced group in that regard. On defense, same thing, the top two SHL scorers are Joel Persson and Lawrence Pilut, again 23 and 22 years old.

Not that I watch SHL hockey or anything, I'm just going by the stats sheet as to who might be considered snubs. But it just looks like they don't want to bring too many kids with them.

That's not a bad team at all. Pretty strong in goal.

That team sounds good. I think they will be the team to beat at the olympics.

I was thinking the same thing. That looks like the strongest lineup I've seen.

The Olympic Athletes From Russia team has to be the favorites IMO.

They will be the only team with some true world class calibre players.
