Think Gio wants to play in the playoffs? Damn what a beast he's been this run especially the last few games. Johnny was feeling it and Monahan was great too. Even Chiasson I didn't mind on that line tonight. He was battling and hustling all night with those two. Up and down the lineup just a great effort from everyone. Elliott wasn't overly tested, but made the big saves when needed. Congrats on tying the flames record.

Big road trip coming up and hopefully the flames continue to roll.

I got an infraction for "homophobic name-calling" on HFboard for calling the Kings the Queens

Kings didn't help themselves too much, but I'm pretty impressed how the Flames shut the down in the third.

Ugh, honestly the one huge black mark on management to this point. Boneheaded move.

Would love to have him on the 3rd line right now.

Man so much salt over the Tkachuk hit on Doughty. I love the edge this kid plays with. I want teams to fear playing us after having so many years of a marshmallow soft roster. Yeah, it was borderline, but I'll take the occasionally penalty for stirring the other team's up.

We really excel at securing the win when leading after 40 minutes.

If we could combine it with the "come back kids" from 2 seasons ago... we'd be unbeatable.

You should. It's like calling the twins in Vancouver the Sedin sisters. Why are women inferior? I wouldn't say it's homophobic, but I'd say it's misogynistic.

After 5-10-1 start I thought this team was cooked. I just hoped they'd show some promise for the rest of the season leading into what would hopefully be a stronger start in 2017/18. Can't believe this team right now. They are incredible.

Well, this league only has one Monahan, Gaudreau and Gio -- unlike 2 Hamiltons.

Then again, they did mess up Stone with Karlsson last game. Because they're so similar...?

That would hurt a lot more if the Flames were struggling.

Flames are kicking ass and taking names though, so I'm happy for him.
