I didn’t think it was possible to make the pedestal’s worse but here we are.

I confess, I actually like it! Obviously it wouldn't fly, but I like it better than the original pedestal jersey! I was looking at it and thought if you removed the pedestal, and fixed the strips on the arms, it would be great!
Of course, my favourite Flames jersey is the 2004. But what do I know!

I like it!
Not as an regular jersey, but let's go back to retros full-time for home and away, and use this as an alternate for a couple of years. This is better than the snot donkey, better than the wordmark, probably better than our current jerseys too. As far as a jersey gimmick, pedestal > flags.
The pedestal screams 1990's, this jersey will fit in perfectly with the high waisted jeans they're selling now. Maybe add some checkerboard Vans too. Everything that's old is new again (eventually)
If the Ducks can go back to the serial killer duck goalie logo why not revisit the pedestal? I know it's setting the bar low, but this idea is way better than the Oiler's new "edgy" 3rd's.

I don't like the design, but the concept of the black C (with a new design) as the third jersey is how the next phase of jerseys for this team should pan out.

Always excited when this thread pops up! I'm obviously in the minority with this, but I've always thought the flames classic red uniforms were just too much red. And the stripes were too simple. I know I know, blasphemy! But man-o-man, the classic white (and now 2019 heritage jersey) - is a thing of beauty. I'd love to see it just simply inverted into a red jersey version. I love the 5 stripe pattern. Much better than the 3 wide stripes on the classic red. And it needs a yoke to break up the red. Anyhow - with that said - I thought these were a pretty cool concept that somewhat shows that idea:

I've been seeing some ole' blasty love on this thread! I've always thought it was an ok logo - not the greatest - but interesting. Here's a concept of a 3rd that some of you may like:

OK last one. The only good thing to come out of the old Calgary script 3rd jersey was the new roundel on the shoulders. I've seen that some of you like it as much as I do. Here's a concept that has it replacing the flags (ewww) on a jersey modeled somewhat after the 2004 cup run jersey:

I say if you flip the cuffs so the angle is the same as the bottom of the jersey, you have a winner.

Those are the best uniforms the Flames ever had in my opinion.
