True. But in fairness those are the stats presented on individual incomes in the census. I wasn't cherry-picking.
It's curious that data on household income is easy to find, but you have to dig a bit to find individual income.

Comprised means "made up of" and homogenously means "composed of parts or elements that are all of the same kind". I mean I guess you can use them together.

You also have people here from different markets (albeit not a ton) who skew your data. I live in the Seattle metro area and technically make more than $150k CDN, but trust me it's nothing to write home about and I can't in any way shape or form afford to live in Seattle proper.
