That's a big fella.

More depth for Stockton to compete at the AHL level. Would love to see that team take a big step forward this year.

The guy is a beast of a man ~ 6'6 230 lbs

Still relatively young and had 50+ points in the AHL last year. Good pickup for the farm ~ 3 really quality adds for the farm club this off-season which is great to see.

Flames are ponying up and paying some big money AHL deals to improve the farm.

Nice add. Looks like the Flames are upping their AHL team with some better veteran AHL players.

Probably a good thing with Phillips/Mangiapane/Dube all being there and not being the biggest guys

Yeap, and it's nice that it looks like size with a bit of skill too.

I don’t know who he is, but I assumed he was a member of the ol White Sox club that threw the World Series.

Judging by the hometown, this guy is probably familiar to Gaudreau, and perhaps was one time coached by his father. Just a guess, but there is probably some familiarity.

They went to the same high school, here's an article featuring both of them from a few years ago: http://highschoolsports.nj.com/news/...tholic-photos/
