It's why I pretty much only play Franchise mode now and simulate 90% of the actual games

I usually do Sim Intervention in the last 5 minutes if I am down, last 2 minutes if the game is tied.
I'm in the same boat: Pro is a breeze, but All-Star is so frustratingly difficult. With Sim Intervention it's a challenge on Pro to beat the clock.
My favorite part of the game now is drafting, developing players, and shaping my roster in the off-season.
