Simple deal. Both these guys are flawed but have similar cap hits and good middle of the lineup ratings for this year anyways. I've been struggling to find a fit for my 2nd pairing and this works. Little worried about Subban on the hook for 5.25 next year, but at that point with only 1 year remaining I can buy him out if need be.

However the condition should be between the two teams and not involve a transfer of a condition from another team. So the condition should be that the Panthers owe a top 25 1st. If they get it from Sharks and transfer that - no problem. But the condition is between the two teams in this deal.
