Lots of military action at YYC today. Belgian C130, Luftwaffe A400, 2 CF-18 Hornets (for the parade tomorrow), and an Italian Air Force 767 about 20 minutes out.

What's with the foreign air force activity? I understand the Canadian stuff, seems odd to see three European aircraft here at the same time however.

CF-18, I think, just blew over our place in Airdrie. Hooooo-eee, loud. Really cool though. Could hear it coming in, and got outside just in time to see it.
