How is the argument over? Wakefield has never been able to replicate the results from his paper, he even admitted that he couldn't prove it. His original report proving a link between vaccines and autism is considered to be one of the most dishonest and fraudulent research reports ever written. What was interesting was Wakefield tried to patent his own measles vaccine before he released his paper.
The guys a brilliant fraud artist in the same vein of a lot of conspiracy theorists that pray on the dumb, the scared and the vulnerable to make a small fortune in books and speaking tours and personal visits.

Maybe I'm blind but I don't see a link to anything about any court linking anything to anyone. Its just a website for bat#### crazy people to spew their bat#### crazy thoughts, but I don't see any actual proof of their claims that courts have acknowledged vaccines cause autism. Then again most people who go to those types of websites don't understand that funky ass concept of "facts" being used to support claims.

I'm saddened to see many of my chiropractic brethren use this story as proof that vaccines cause autism...for so many reasons. I can't believe they are still clinging to this old-world thinking. I can't believe they don't understand data and how to interpret it. I can't believe they are willing to follow a disgraced Wakefield simply because it fits their paradigm. I can't believe they are willing to cling to philosophy over study after study that has been thoroughly peer reviewed.
In short, I'm saddened that they are fanatics.
