At the end of the day GM and manager are responsible for something like this and thats where the axe fell. Its up to them to put a stop to something like this when they were well aware of it.

Yeah, as much as it pains me to say it, the Yankees got screwed the last few seasons. And they and their fans have legitimate beef.
I’m still of the opinion that the Astros title should have been stripped(maybe the Red Sox too depending on the severity of their actions under Cora). The suspensions, fine, and loss of draft picks is okay going forward, but outside of baseball diehards, no one is really going to remember the cheating in 10 years time. And that title will be celebrated to fan fare and player reunions in the years to come.
And the Beltran situation is hilarious. Good ol’ Mets.

I think we should just bring back the steroid/HGH era. If these guys wanna destroy their bodies long term, so be it. I wanna see Chapman throwing 110MPH fastballs to a 6'2, 270 lbs Trout, with Trout blasting a 600 foot HR.
