No reason the Canucks and Tyler Myers won’t come to terms. Vancouver is considering structural options. It’s expected details will be worked out tonight or in the morning.

If it's huge money there's a good chance it may be the worst signing tomorrow. Not that he's terrible, but he's not elite. Please be huge money, long term.

Tyler Myers doesn't make the Canucks substantially better.
I'm not sure buying out Hutton and paying a king's ransom for Myers is making the Canucks a lot better. All they are doing is tying up way more cap space into depth defenseman with these signings.

It can't not be. He's a replacement level defenseman. If he makes more than 3 mil he's overpriced, and he's for sure not signing for less than six given the idiot NHL GM market, so yeah, it's definitely going to be the worst signing of the day.
