Yup, just give enough time for the third and fourth liners to dump the puck in on net so Michaels and Debrusk can say that the bottom 10 forwards are pulling their weight offensively with multiple shots on net.

Just hang on for dear life and hope to score off the break or PP. It's all the Oilers can do.

Oh look. Two calls already going their way. What a joke.

My God that Oilers team must have a million horseshoes stuffed up their arses. 2-1 lead despite being completely outplayed. And I knew these same ####ing clown refs would call twice as many penalties on Pittsburgh tonight before the first period was even over. I swear the NHL wants the Oilers to win every night.

Do the Oilers even have a 2nd PP unit? Seems like McDavid and Draisaitl are out there all 2 minutes on the PP

McDavid cleanly grazed, goes for the half-pike.

Oilers fans “hurr durr dem Flams are unshustainable”

*completely oblivious to their team getting completely outplayed and outshot most games and relying on PP and mcdavid voodoo*

These Oileresque butthurt comments only serve to feed the lurkers. Let's just not. Pretty expected that they would employ a different standard for the whiners. Difference is the Flames don't need pity calls or help to win.

So Oilers outshot 11-6 despite having the only 2 powerplays in that first period. So assuming about 4 shots on the powerplays they were outshot 11-2 at five on five. Yep, that’s a Stanley Cup contender for sure. LMAO!!
