Jota owes Origi a pint or two after that one.

Both nice and incredibly sad to see the tributes at all the stadiums for Arthur Labinjo-Hughes this weekend. Just a tragic story, but good to see the PL step-up and honour the young fella.

Lol, that goal should’ve been allowed. Scmeichel doesn’t have control of that ball.

It may be wrong of me to take some small pleasure in the knowledge that the two scumbags will live lives as brief and brutally painful as the poor lad did

I don’t disagree. Some people favour capital punishment, but to me that’s too good for these two. I’m fairly certain that prison will be less than pleasant for them. (Not that this is the thread to get into that sort of discussion, of course!)

Having worked with women on parole from KingstonP4W back in the 90's I can say for sure life will be way worse for her than it is for him, every woman in jail has been a victim of abuse, many miss their own kids desperatly, they loathe child abusers with a passion that men can't understand

Ornstein writes in the Athletic; 49ers have option to buy Leeds until 2024
https://theathletic.com/2998088/2021...-set-for-loan/
Quote:
It is understood that an option exists for 100 per cent control of Leeds to pass to 49ers Enterprises by January 2024 — including ownership of the club’s Elland Road stadium.
|
Quote:
A fixed purchase in excess of £400 million was struck during negotiations which saw 49ers Enterprises hike its stake up to 37 per cent in January of this year.
Some sources have told The Athletic that the deal could be worth as much as £475 million.

Pretty crazy that Everton could well be in a relegation battle pretty quick here.

I hope Arsenal fans enjoyed that five seconds of the slightest hope before the Liverpool game, the Arsenal we know and love are back.

yep, that's why I wrote it's crazy he was still on the pitch. Even if you think it's accidental, it's a red. Should have been booked earlier too.

Yeah, its no different than just mistiming a tackle and getting a yellow, it may not have been intentional but that still looks like a clear red.
How did that get VAR reviewed and still not shown a red for it? That is clearly a dangerous play.
