He doesn't have to because Flames usually shoot wide or no interference on the goalie at all.

Without three first overall draft picks. Sorry, we're no where near as bad as the Oilers. They should be a powerhouse, not trying to chase down a club in the first year of a rebuild.

We don't have anybody who stirs up ####. So they don't engage really all that much. Westgarth and Gratts aren't really agitators. If we had a #### disturber or two, they would have more reason to want to retaliate. Those guys are redundant. One of them should stir the pot and be able to score, not play the same role. Unfortunately, it's the latter.

I used to think that was Comeau's stick, but clearly the lack of offense wasn't just him.

I think it was just Westgarth and really There is nobody else.
The scoring veterans are playing like ####, might as well throw out the big guys and see if that helps.

Listless. This is rebuild hockey. It's ok. We signed up for this, didn't we?
Well, I had my hopes up for inspired hockey, even when losing, so this is tough. I guess 'it' sets in at some point? Maybe worthy of a thread....

Brutal. One goal in 4 games.... I guess this was the exciting, fast paced brand of hockey Hartley wanted to bring here.

At least play with effort and lose. Less then 7 shots a period is just pathetic
