It should also be noted that maple syrup and fine play has propelled Vasek back into the top 100 (live rankings has him currently at #97)

There are only two things I can't stand in this world: People who are intolerant of other people's cultures, and the Dutch.

Well, I guess Tsitsipas didn't want to lose to Felix once again so he crashes out of the tourney against Bedene in straight sets 7-5 6-4.

Jannik Sinner with a nice win over David Goffin in straight sets earlier today in Rotterdam. Seeds 1, 2, and 4 have been sent packing.

Vasek is struggling physically out there today as he is down a set and a break. That said, Krajinovic is playing some great tennis.

Vasek digs deep (looks like he's cramping badly) to break Krajinovic and we're back on serve at 5-5 in set 2. Commentators are questioning why the trainer is out as cramping is not something you can have the trainer address.
Edit: It must be some kind of injury (knee related) and he is getting it taped by the trainer.

Well, that was brutal. Linesman makes a bad call at 7-7 in the tie-reaker (Vasek's shot hits the line) called out, they have to replay the point which gave Krajinovic a first serve. He won that point when he was in trouble and the next one to take the match.
Damn, mad props to Vasek though, showed tremendous heart out there.

So one of PCB, Sinner, Felix, and Bedene will be in the Rotterdam final. Big chance for Felix to claim his first ATP 500 tourney.

High quality match between PCB and Sinner that PCB won, but this Sinner kid (only 18 years old) is a heck of a player. Felix and Bedene are on court now and on serve in the opening set.

Felix picks the perfect time to raise his level of play and breaks Bedene to take the opening set 6-4. He has continued his fine play in set 2 and is currently up a break.

All right, Felix prevails in a second set tie-breaker to take the match 6-4 7-6. Commentators were saying that Felix was coughing and blowing his nose during change-overs, but he produced some great tennis when it was required. He will need to up his game against PCB on Saturday in the semi-final.

Dan Evans thought it was a let on the Monfils serve that ended up winning the opening set and the court mics caught the following directed at the chair umpire:
"That's a nice tie you're wearing, but you look effing awful in the chair"
/Yes, substitute the f-word for effing above

Felix is into the Rotterdam final as he defeats PCB 7-6 6-4. He will play either Monfils or Krajinovic on Sunday.
