Join his Discord server if you're not on it. You can get notifications directly from the bots before he even tweets about stock updates, and every second counts. He also just added an #xbox-local channel which provides local stock updates when stores get XSX for physical sales. You can also mute all of the channels you don't need, so your phone will only notify you for the stuff you're interested in

Thanks, yeah I'm on the Discord channel and have notifications set up and all that stuff. The bots must snag all the ones from the MS site cause I have had zero luck from there or anywhere else for that matter. Could have gotten a best buy one last week but they wouldn't take my Visa debit. Thanks for your help though, the thought is much appreciated.

Apparently there were Amazon and Best Buy Xbox Series X drops this morning. Naturally, I was busy with work and not paying attention.

I was second in line at the Source in downtown Victoria when they opened this morning and lucky for me they only had one


I went to two other locations and they said they didn't get any. GameStop is saying they only have enough for preorders. Best Buy said they didn't get any either.

Checking Walmart Inventory on stocktrack.ca and it shows Malborough Walmart as having 8 PS5 in stock. (Also shows Drumheller as having 5 and Sylvan Lake as having 9)

It's not always 100% accurate but it might be worth a check for somebody.

Yeah I find when stock shows as 1 or 2 of an item it can be really hit or miss on if it's actually a sellable item.

Might be a return unit that's still in inventory or something.

But once it's 4+ showing in stock it's usually pretty reliable.

Just curious, are the XBOX version of PS5 generation as hard to come by as a PS5 is? I'm pretty done waiting for a PS5 at retail at this point, think I'm gonna switch sides if I can get my hands on an XBOX.

Anyone have one? (I don't mean to buy...just your opinion on it) Sounds pretty similar from what I've read anyway..

If you want the less powerful Series S which is fully capable just missing a bit of the power of the X and all digital you can find them still. If you want the X then yes just as hard to find.

I have heard that it is easier to get a Series X if you go through the Xbox All Access, which makes a lot of sense.
