Default Stampeder legend Sugarfoot Anderson dies at 97

Met him a few times. Nice guy.

A real pioneer in professional football at a time there were limited opportunities for black players.

I remember seeing him many times when I was younger, always a real nice and genuine guy.

RIP, you had a great 97 years.

My Dad talks about him all the time still. A true Calgary sports legend. Congratulations on an amazing life Sugarfoot.
