Sure did. I'm pretty impressed with how Dube sees the ice. Has made a few nice lateral passes, but the back hand sauce for the goal was pretty great.

I'm a Hurricanes fan so I love Skinner. Carried the Canes all the way to the eastern final last spring. Words can't describe how disappointed I am that the ####ing oilers drafted him.

Phillips again. Sure is tiny, but man he's smart. And opportunistic.

That last Phillips goal looked like a Johnny goal!

It reminded me of the one Johnny scored against the Avs this year

Very Gaudreau-like

Tied again. Kuokkanen makes it 5-5 with 27 to go

Dube: Nice assist the Raddysh goal. A couple turnovers at the opposing blueline, but otherwise a good game. Had a partial break in the 2nd, made a nice move, almost scored.

Phillips: Setup a great chance for McLeod in the 2nd, but he missed the open net. A couple bobbled plays and offsides. The first 2 periods were not great for him. I love watching him play though. Great at putting pressure on the opposing D, even if he's not going to physically punish them on the forecheck.
-Played a bit on the PK. Blocked a shot.
-Nice redirected goal in the third.
-Greasy Gaudreau'esque wraparound goal late in the 3rd

Valamaki: Probably had the best game of the Flames prospects.
-Talks to teammates on ice, points, directs traffic, etc... which is good to see
-Jumped into the play and had a good chance in the slot that he shot have buried in the 1st
-Hard shot. Seems to be pretty good at getting it through traffic.
-Nice diving play to save a goal (although he was could have been in better position to prevent the break in the first place)
-He's pretty fast once he gets going, but his acceleration is average.
-Button talked about Valamaki more than anybody else on the ice.

Tuulola: Honestly didn't notice him

Other thoughts:

Pretty entertaining hockey game. The Fins are really developing a lot of good defenceman lately. Robin Salo was really active in the play. Great skater.

The Canadian goalie in the first half, Skinner, wasn't great. Dylan Wells was much better. That said, the Fins had about 3 grade A chances that they shot right into his crest in the 2nd half.

Moderately dirty crosscheck to the head from Cliff Pu. Didn't like seeing that.

Lineups for sweden vs USA were released and both Flames prospects (Fox and Lindstrom) are scratched.
