Looked to me like both guys lowered their heads at the same time. The stamp was trying to lead with the shoulder

I know how fast the game is,I've been in that spot at the safety position. I'm not making a call on whether it is dirty or not, simply saying you've got aim your tackles lower for your safety and theirs. It is slowly happening, players are learning and it is getting better. Still a long way to go but it is happening

He does try and get lower. Roosevelt also tries to get lower. Not sure what you're suppose to do when the receiver is also trying to lower the boom.

Try and make a tackle rather than a hit. Wrap rather than lead with your shoulder like a body check. It's a culture change that is slowly happening.

Glad Roosevelt got up and hopefully will be fine.

In theory, that's a great idea. In reality?

How about this, I'll run at you full steam with my head down and you try to wrap without some sort of contact to knock me off stride. It's simply not effective and not realistic.
