In Japan, they don't like people with tattoos. But would they even notice and restrict someone with tattooed eyebrows?

Why do so many (most) means tattoos have to be "bad-@$$" or mean-looking? It's very rare to see something subtle, cute, simple. And no I don't necessarily mean a fluffy bunny, or mandala around a belly button/nipple.

I only have one tattoo, a phoenix on my shoulder. Zero regrets there, it holds great meaning to me.
the only regret I have is that I haven't gotten more done yet. I want to and have ideas in my head, I just never really follow through haha.

Nothing like a trip to the Okanagan in the summer to make one think twice about getting a tat. So many lumpy 40-50 year old bodies with old, blurry tattoos that just look like bruises from 10+ feet away. I point these out to the kids to try to dissuade them from getting one.

Our yorkie passed after 15 years so I got a tattoo of her on my arm as something to remember her by. I had a good experience, so since then I've added another tattoo on my other arm, and will be turning it into a sleeve by summer. I'm one of the people who went from 0 to a full sleeve within a year and a half lol.
Mine are fine line tattoos, so a lot of thin lines and detail went into them.

First off... that's some incredible artwork and really needs to be looked at closely to appreciate it.
Second... any dude that's taking puck head shots and has a cuddle-monster fluffy-cat on his mask, shoulder, or backside is probably even more terrifying. Good luck in the post-game showers.

I don’t have any wild stories or anything but I got another tattoo this past week and I was sitting there thinking “I think this is the last one.” Maybe I’m softening, but honestly, it just hurt more than the first couple. I don’t know. I had another one already in mind and maybe two. I’m not sure though. I also debated a full back tattoo since I was a teenager and haven’t done it. Maybe after the memory starts to fade I’ll got back in.
To be clear, the tattoo turned out awesome, and I really have no regrets.
