Did anyone else watch that Jacare / Muniz fight? Jacare's arm snapped in the submission and you could clearly hear it break... absolutely nasty!

That was a crazy KO, it was like Burgos' brain slowly shut down after a delayed reaction.

He needs to be under observation for the next couple of days.

Jacare looked way too happy for someone who just broke their arm.

dumb dumb dumb

Chandler would've probably finished Olivera in the first round if he allowed him to stand up, he was getting the better of the standup exchanges. Why would he engage him on the ground?

He wanted to ground him and pound him. He was a little bit overzealous.

Nobody watching the "exhibition" match today for Paul vs. Mayweather? I honestly have no idea what to expect. It's purely a cash grab for Mayweather, but I wonder for the sake of publicity, if he'll throw the fight. I can't imagine him going hard at Paul, as I'd imagine it'll be like the McGregor strategy if he really wants to do it right.

Logan Paul's heel push is getting some serious heat.

There was no way I was spending any money on this crap. I mean Mayweather in his prime was worth the price of admission. But this. Nope.

Sounds like it was a dude, and Paul was out of gas by the end of the second round.

Glad I didn't pay money for it. It was pretty much what we expected it to be. An old boxer toying with a YouTube guy and both laughing all the way to the bank.

It was pretty funny. I have no idea who Paul is, but I’d happily watch him get punched in the face for eight rounds.

The only "pretty funny" part of that fight was Floyd propping Logan up after he knocked him out. Guess Logan was smart enough to get a clause in the contract that he couldn't get floored to avoid memes, that it was locked in as a full eight round fight both to give the fans a full fight, and of course set up the next fight against Jake.

https://twitter.com/user/status/1401778766372913154

Anyway it was definitely awful, all Logan did was clench most of the last five rounds when it was clear he was gassed. At least with Conor he had the fitness level to go into the later rounds, and because the weight classes were the same Floyd was willing to let the gloves go because Conor couldn't hurt him.

Give Mayweather credit, he's a smart business man. He understands drama creates buzz and interest, and, in turn, is potential for a lot of money. It was never about the fight. It was the fake animosity generated during the lead up to the fight. And now that he's old, he's going into really just using his rep to milk as much money as he can, and stay relevant.

You don't think all that Paul trash talk was carefully planned by both sides? It whipped everyone into a frenzy, from purist boxing fans pissed off at the mockery of their sport, to the Paul fanboys hoping to see a much bigger guy prove everyone else wrong and get an actual chance at knocking out a legit boxer.

The end outrage now is exactly what both sides wanted. Watching the fight highlights, it was pretty evident Mayweather could have ended the fight at any time if he wanted. But he purposely dragged it out, made sure Paul wasn't going down, and for what? So that both sides can claim victory, the trash talk with continue, and now we bring in the better Paul brother (Jake) to "finish" what Logan couldn't. All the while, the fans will be whipped up into another frenzy. They will forget this last fight was terrible, and think the next one will somehow be different, because Jake is the better boxer. Mayweather will do his thing, the Paul brothers will do theirs, and both sides will make millions again.

The press conference where Paul’s brother took Mayweathers hat was borderline professional wrestling in how staged it was

Ugh Craig vs Hill, that’s a brutal arm break. Thing was just dangling, and the ref didn’t even see it. #### that ref, what an absolute failure. That’s permanent long-term damage
