I don’t think TO is climbing out of that hole. Doesn’t look good for them.

No one will hurt more from these losses than the media.

I really really hope Lafreniere goes out east, even if the Leafs end up getting him.

Prediction: Grease will put kassian in front of Crawford for the rest of the game. He won’t get called on a penalty no matter what he does.

And this is where experience chokes out the inexperienced.

Leafs will end up paying him 12 million after his 3 years.

EDIT: Looking at the scenarios, I might end up changing my mind. If the Blues beat the Stars, you want to be the 5 seed, as the Stars look vulnerable. If the Blues lose... well, I don't really want to play the Blues in round 1 regardless of whether they've played well in the bubble.
I strangely feel like the Blues are a good matchup for the Flames. I'm okay with either of these possibilities.

8 years into McDavid's career they'll still be a young team that just needs to learn how to win.

Nah,

Pittsburgh was already gifted Crosby and Malkin. Let the darlings of the league suck for a few years instead of dropping another franchise player on them.

Luckiest and most undeserved team in the NHL.

They've been a young team on the verge of doing things since 2007.

My 8 year old is fervently cheering against the oilers. He screamed when Kubalik scored. God I love that kid .
