Top line hemmed in AGAIN, for the billionth time this season leading to a penalty against.

1st kind was eaten up there but it happened because a D (don’t know who) had the puck with a fairly routine clear and just didn’t get it out.

Couple things. One, they’d just come on the ice. Second, they have to do it some time. You can’t shelter a top line. And the puck was theirs off the draw. The D failed to clear and then the fire ensued.

ETA: Third, Monahan is the best faceoff man on the team.
