I am wondering why Kenney is helping campaign for the CPC in basically CPC territory. Is preaching to the choir really a prudent move? What's to gain by being in Manitoba or Saskatchewan?

That's how you get Jason Kenny

If only a party that campaigned on changing the voting system would win and change it...
#### you Trudeau.

Jordan is a she? I didn't see a single one of her signs in my area.
Talk about running bottom of the barrel candidates in Calgary for the Libs.

Voted Liberal, though was far less enthusiastic about it than last time. Trudeau is a mess, but the others are worse IMO. Plus my wife is trying to bring over her parents from Vietnam and the last thing we need is Scheer getting power and screwing with the immigration system. Best case scenario for me is that Liberals win a minority, in-laws get their PR, then a new election is called with different leaders for all the major parties

A vote for Larry Heather is a vote for MEMES, HILARITY and EXCELLENT SONG COVERS.

The NDP took way too hard of a stance on several things that go against what I believe as well. I'm not completely against them as a party but they've never had a good leader in my lifetime.

This is why I hate big tent parties. If there were a true progressive conservative option they would fair well. The fact that they try accommodate all 'conservative values' turns me off from them as a whole.

Voting for a party that could reduce the chances of your in-laws coming into the country sounds like a no-brainer to me

Maybe I’ve misunderstood your post. But what’s wrong with voting for your self interests? That’s kind of the point. You look at what you feel effects you (and if your in a position to do so then also on how it effects others) and pick accordingly. That’s the way democracy is supposed to work.

My riding doesn’t matter. Either destroying ballot or voting Larry Heather.
No platform, leader combo is worthy of a vote.
I have considered voting NDP just to make it appear like Alberta is more in play.

I’d disagree,
You should vote for what you believe will result in the best country independent of your personal stake.
That said it is a democracy so you can vote on whatever basis you want including the person who promises to ban homework.

If one party threatens to have a negative impact directly onto your life then I strongly disagree with you. If everyone voted for who impacted them in the most positive way personally then in the end you wind up with the party that positively effects the most people.
I can’t sit here and say that I voted CPC because I feel that they will have the best effect on my home provinces economy which helps me and my family. And then scorn another who voted to give his family the best chance to be together...

Multiple ethics breaches, discoveries of uncountable racist blackface dressups, and blocking the RCMP just weren't enough to tip the scales for you eh? That's really too bad. At least you voted.

That is interesting because I am in Confederation as well and see Jordan's signs all over the place in my area. But I live right by the University which is much more Liberal/NDP. Facebook has also been bombarding me with videos from Jordan whenever I open their app.

Hopefully Canadians are wise enough to ditch Trudeau before Racist Mr. Dressup pulls something new out of his Tickle-Trunk.

You never know, this time he might actually dress up as a respectable politician.
