could a person take $10,000 or more out of a bank machine at one time? i know my limit is something like $2,000 but i am not a rap star.

That was my mistake. He went to a bank. Probably because he couldn't withdraw that much cash from a machine directly.

I'd never heard of this guy and I figured just his atrocious name was worth him being shot but apparently this guy was a very worthy winner of his lead prize.
