Everyone knows hamonic has been injured for over a week now, right? He's not just banged up, he's on injured reserve.

Who is trading, let alone top dollar, for an injured player?

I was meaning a fully healthy Hamonic, in theory. Though it won't please those who won't like anything BT does or doesn't do in the next week, Hamonic and Greene are apples and oranges when comparing values.

Hamonic won't get anything because he is hurt. I don't think he will be back by deadline, not that they were shopping him anyway.

Injured players have been traded at the deadline.

I don't think the Flames are looking to move Hamonic though so I agree with you that it's unlikely he moves.

I just had to disagree with those who underrate his value. A player like him gets a 1st rounder at the deadline. Top 4 dmen are massively coveted leading up to the trade deadline. Their value is often underestimated by fans.
